No Airco, only slow moving fan at ceiling; basically tidy, but cobwebs at bathroom ceiling;

Room was compact but had everything i needed except aircon so with the window closed it was quite warm. With the window open you could hear the road noise.
The hotel was easy to find and about a 20 minute walk into the centre.
Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and attentive.
No aircon in the room so it was a bit warm!

I have to mention that hotel restaurant is phenomenal and I highly recommend it!
The staff was extremely friendly and we were late for the dinner but everything was still served perfectly in the beautiful garden!

Very welcoming receptionist, other staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice.
We had a delicious meal in the restaurant. We enjoyed the lovely area outside with a glass of wine in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel.
There is nothing to complain about or not like. It is fabulous.

Great hotel with Michelin restaurant. Very friendly staff, large and very clean rooms, Good breakfast! Free Parking at Hotel's territory.
Location is not the best around 1.5-2 km from the city center.

Excellent hotel on the back of river Mosel. easy walk to the park where the Mosel and Rhine meet.

Nice friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very lovely. Location was good. 1.6k walk into Altstad which is very do-able.
Need to book table for dinner and would liked to have that information available in the room. No other resturants nearby. Was a kebab shop down the road so got a takeaway and sat down by the river, so all in all still had a good night.

Inner room to stow our bicycles for the night. Walking distance to the city.
Busy road at the front which means that you can't open your window if you have a front room. We got a quieter room after some insistence. Breakfast was okay but nothing fancy. The staff was quarreling amongst themselves.

Nice winter garden as well as bar. Great outside garden for evening dinner.
Bathroom wasn’t clean. We found hair from previous guests or the cleaning lady. Staff wasn’t friendly as you’d expect. Walls were paper thin in the building that our room was at. Little value for money.
