Good value for money
Very noisy road

Convenient location for our needs and use of excellent bus services. Hotel furnishings still need a bit of upgrading particularly carpets and room at front was affected by very busy main road at front if windows open
As stated above.

Great location on main road opposite Osborne House. Nice room (3) Food was lovely and good portions. Very comfortable and modern bedroom. Windows which opened and closed. Tea facilities. Great parking. Friendly staff.
Stains on carpets in hall way and large stain in the middle of the bedroom floor.
Shower did the job but small. Needs touch up on corner sealant and clean behind shower door when closed.

Good location, room good size and good condition.
My room (room 7) was situated next to a water tank. When water used, pump activated. Both pump and water flow disrupted sleep on Saturday night. Poor considering cost of room. Also shower threatened to overflow due to slow drain, and shower had some mould on tile grout.
