Great and comfortable hotel…just heed what customers want first time around please!

Very attractive hotel. Great breakfast!! Lovely quiet street.

A little far from the ‘main’ part of the old city but hey, that’s what taxis are for! The only minor irritation was: I specifically asked for a TWIN room. Several messages before arrival told me they could not confirm my request (bizarre!). On arrival, the two beds were set up as a double…they sent staff up to separate the beds and make them up with single duvets. Why could they not have done this to start with?!🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Good comfortable stay if prepared to walk a bit

The hotel is very well maintained and is very comfortable for a 3 Star Hotel. staff are really helpful.

The location is a bit far off from the city center. The bathroom shower and ventilation needs an upgrade.

Muy buena experiencia

Es acogedor, está limpio, el personal es muy amable. El desayuno tiene bastante variedad para ser un hotel más bien pequeñito y está todo muy rico. Es de 3 estrellas pero podría ser perfectamente de 4.

Lo único malo es que la almohada me pareció bastante incómoda

Muy buena ubicación

La habitación era bastante amplia y la cama enorme. El parking es grande y no es dificil de aparcar.

La puerta del cuarto de baño no cierra del todo con respecto a la habitación.

Mic dejun bun, locația bună

A fost un miros foarte urât în baie, de canalizare, ce te făcea să ieși imediat. Nu există aerisire în baie și ușa este de sticlă și nu se închide de tot, rămâne un spațiu între ea și toc de auzi tot ce se petrece în baie și chiar poți și vedea. Camera de asemenea a fost micuță și patul scârțâia pe alocuri.

Genial

Solo estuvimos una noche pero todo perfecto, la habitación es amplia, la cama enorme y muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. La ubicación bastante bien, cerca de la plaza de la alameda y a 20 minutos del centro.

No sé si el aire no funcionaba muy bien, pero pasamos bastante calor por la noche. Nada que no se solucione abriendo la ventana :)

The room was comfortable and super clean. The location was also good, although it was 25 minutes way from the Catedral, it was near a really good nightlife area with good and cheap restaurants.

There wasn't any information about parking. Apparently you have to book it when making your reservation, but there wasn't any information about this while doing my reservation. Parking is extremely difficult to find and the option the hotel gave was 12 minutes away, which is not the best option. Breakfast was okay, but the bread was from the day before.

Wish it was more central.

Modern & clean & comfortable Fortunately near the Hercules Plaza with cafe bars Last day got a bus into town but difficult to find bus stop back.

No bar so no point using the patio area. Would have been nice to have a cold drink soon after arrival. Quite a long walk to centre & monument area

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The hotel has a tired look. The room had the window to the patio, where breakfast was served. I did not have breakfast, because I did not like the food what was served. I was not possible to order something else.

Good location, helpful receptionist.

The room was a little bit smelly because the drain from bathroom, broken tiles in bathroom-need to be renovated.

Hotel was clean. Personel was nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK.

A little bit far from the center. No parking available. (Closest one is 10 min. walking) Not enough seats in breakfast saloon. There were people waiting to be seated.
