Fantastic location helpful staff

Wifi poor - tv channels not working for a couple of days but then fixed

The staff was nice and the facility great.

The food at the hotel restaurant was bland, unimpressive and just not good. It was a challange finding something on the menue both for lunch and dinner.

Not keen on the glass bathroom walls. I was staying alone on this occasion however would not be suitable if sharing with teenage son.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the breakfast was really good.

The staff was not very friendly or showed that they wanted to help. We had a problem with AC that could easily be solved if someone has gone to the room and instructed us on how it worked, but instead, we had to pass a very uncomfortable night for no good reason. The bathroom is all glass and there is no privacy, if you travel with friends and want to have some privacy, no chance unless the person leaves the room. The room is very dusty even after the service in the morning. I don't think it was actually cleaned. We need to wait for some time to get someone to come to the table to get drink/food orders.

it’s position vis a vie on the bay of Palma breakfast was exceptional the staff are so nice and friendly without exception

personally I am not a fan of glass walls in a bathroom

Breakfasts were very tasty and staff was very helpful. I liked the swimming pool area a lot. Very nice views from the room to the sea. One could watch the sunrises every day.

I had issues with several water leaks in my room which was in the end repaired. Practically no direct access from the hotel to the nice sandy beach where you could spend all day. There was only a tiny little entrance to the sea. There was a nice beach nearby though 10 minutes' walk.

Breakfast great, good choice. Views fabulous from the restaurant and when sunbathing. Could hear the waves at night as left balcony door open. Plenty of sun beds. Bus to Palma stopped nearby and very frequent. Loved the decor in the common areas. Very nice cocktails.

Air conditioning poor. Did not keep room cool. Not sufficient choice at taverna at lunchtime so had to go out to eat elsewhere.

Really lovely room — comfy bed, big shower, clean facilities — with an enjoyable view (side view, but still nice)

Glass doors that don't shut on bathroom! Awkward. People reserving sunbeds with towels at 8.00 am. Then going for breakfast or shopping and not coming back till 12.00 or even 14.00( witnessed) Hotel needs a no reserving policy.

Good location , view and very nice pool. Breakfast with a nice sea view. Staff at the reception very competent.
