The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, the concierge/bartender (Harris) and the front desk staff (Dennis) were real gems and made our stay really special. We felt very welcome. We also loved the plunge pool on the roof, it's a really nice feature, we used it everyday to cool down and enjoy cocktails and views over the city. Very pleasant experience overall!

The breakfast was very good each morning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really liked our balcony room overlooking the street. And it wasn't noisy. When we return, we would love to stay in the same room again.

We enjoyed the staff's services overall. The bartender, the front desk, the waitresses at breakfast, the bellboys, the housekeepers were all pleasant, respectful & helpful. The location was excellent. We had a great time there & if possible, would stay at Casa de Fe again. It was 3 of us so we had a room with a balcony, a full bed and 2 twins upstairs.

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy, but we were grateful to have one & at night we were so tired - it didn't matter.

The house is beautiful and the roof top bar is a fantastic venue to see the sunset.

The breakfast was not great I have been to Cartagena many times and the food is normally excellent, sadly not in this hotel

Wonderful facility, friendly staff

our family room was a little small. Our adult children slept in the loft above, but there wasn't enough space to be comfortable together. The bathroom and balcony were also small. However, if you can afford this room as a couple, definitely worth it. The plunge pool and bar above gave us a nice area to hang out and a lovely view of the city. Center Location of Casa La Fe made this hotel well worth the stay. Dennis, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us with anything. Wonderful staff and breakfast!
