A porta do box do banheiro não fechava

Me gustó mucho la ubicación porque, aunq esté adentro del centro histórico, está en una zona tranquila. El interiorismo es de tonos neutros y con muy buenos materiales, con muy buena limpieza y excelente aire acondicionado. Las camas y las almohadas fueron perfectas. La ducha y la presión del agua excelentes! El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy rico y todo casero, hasta ls mermeladas!

A veces pusieron la música ambiental muy fuerte a las 6am y se escuchaba adentro de la hab. Tambien sonaba un pitido de algo q no pudieron apagar en toda la noche. No dejaban acondicionador como amenitie, lo tuvimos q reclamar.

Ubicación, relación precio calidad muy buena. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones grandes y cama confortable.

Que no tengan servicio de restaurante y sólo tengan el bar de la piscina. Faltaba reposición de productos.

That it doesn’t have a restaurant all day, i wish they serve different breakfast everyday, wish that they had someone aside from the receptionist going around if they hear any noise. The last two nights a group of guest where being really loud from 1-5 in the morning , playing music, screaming making it imposible for the other guest to sleep

Staff was amazing and with amazing service. If you need help looking for activities or options to go to one of the regulary promoted islands they'll give you options and you can discuss with them the pros and cons. They'll also help you booking a Taxi in case you need one.

Food could be better. Breakfast was overall good but could improve. Breakfast is a solid 8.. there's opportunity to improve it to a 9.

Incredible hotel with large, comfortable rooms (ours had a balcony overlooking the lush, green courtyard!). The rooftop bar and pool area was amazing and had the feel of being a part of all of the hustle and bustle but removed enough to have your own privacy and safety. The reception was incredibly attentive in helping with all of our needs and arranging safe transportation. Thank you for an awesome stay and welcome to Colombia!

Perfect location to explore Cartagena from. Lovely hotel with incredibly comfortable and generous rooms. Great rooftop pool to lounge by when the weather is too hot to walk.

Only slight gripe was that my room key re-set itself every day. Other than this, we had a fabulous stay and would definitely come again.

Quiet while extremely well located. Staff was helpfull and friendly, including Elkin whi facilited our whole stay.

The room didn't have a window (most do not seem to have). Breakfast options are very limited. The swimming pool is not well maintained and the sunbeds are full of stains...

The location was perfect! I enjoyed the welcome drinks in the afternoons after returning from the outside heat.

they took too long for preparing eggs in

everything, but especially- bed and even pillows! and that there wasn’t noisy! such an important part of a comfort. and very helpful and very well trained staff. I would love to be back there again.

nothing. the place will satisfy any picky customer. I am usually that type of a pain in the ass customer :)

Poor maintenance (green water in pool, mold on a/c vents, worn out tapestry, etc.), no natural light in rooms and extremely expensive for what they offer

the staff was fantastic, location was phenomenal, the beds and bedrooms super comfortable. The pool and bar area is dreamy. We originally were staying only for 2 nights and we ended up staying for 4. it was phenomenal.

The location is excellent. Really cengtral to all great things to all four corners while offering a quite a secure place to rest. The breakfast offered a great variety of fruits, combined with granola, natural juices, yougurt and more. Service was excellent. Always a great smile on their faces. Great service from Luz at the front desk, as well as Brandon and Tania at the breakfast area. super recommended...although the area is pricey.

everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, rooms were good size. Location was central to many great restaurants. The staff was helpful with dinner reservation and any question we had regarding the area.

We had to leave one night early. They agreed to refund the 4th night but they refused to refund to credit card and wanted our bank information. We finally agreed to give them this information and have yet to see any refund to our account. Breakfast was mediocre, fruit didn't seem fresh. Rooftop pool is not staffed with bartender, they could do so much more. There are noisy birds banging around on the roof that woke us every morning.
