Very central clean quiet and spacious
The staff were so helpful and effective. The breakfast was amazing they accommodated an early start to catch a train
Evening meal was first rate in a different league to anything else on offer

Staff was friendly and helpful, room as well appointed. Cab driver drove us to the door, even though the hotel is located ona narrow, cobblestone street. This s not typical for properties located in the 'old town' section of any town.
The hotel is located at a small market square containing three restaurants/bars with outdoor seating. The noise was too loud, lasting late into the night, then the next morning, at what felt like 6am, the garbagemen came around to collect all the glass recyclables - what a noisy racket! While I liked the hotel, the noise issues make this hotel a non-starter for me.

very comfy beds, great modern bathroom / shower, incredible location
our room was facing the street and there was a lot of noise coming from it throughout the entire night and in the early morning (people drinking, trash cleaners, etc...)

Perfect location in the city center. At a walking distance to the public parking and the cable car station to the castle.
No air conditioning. It was mid-August with record high temperatures. So, we slept with all windows wide open. Hopefully it was pleasantly cool at night.
