Reasonable size room, comfortable bed, solid WiFi, good sized bathroom with separate bath and shower. Room at the back was quiet.
Bath did not seem to switch from shower to bath fill mode

Room was a free upgrade to a split level loft apartment. Very nice apart from the low beam banging my head a few times.
Buffet breakfast was not available. The italian breakfast was coffee and a bruchetta from the menu. Way too much oil, balsamic and other ingredients made it a rather indigestible mess. So best avoid breakfast from the next door Italian if that is all that is on offer. Surrounded by cafes and resteraunts so go there instead.

location, location and location
I booked duplex room for first time and was not very nice, in this case with narrow stairs.
there is not 24/7 reception staff, lobby hall doesn’t exit and breakfast buffet is very basic (additionally seems this breakfast space uses space of an Italian restaurant that I saw during night walks)
