Dome Santorini Resort

This is a beautiful hotel, however, note, that while the view is gorgeous, it is not on the caldera side and so you do not see sunsets from your room. However, it is an easy walk across the street to get to the caldera side. The staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room and was awesome.

We were not aware that our bed woud be in a loft. It was a nice, comfortable bed, but climbing the loft steps, especially at night to visit the bathroom, was a little tricky. If you plan to stay here, ask about the loft bed—I don’t know if all the rooms have them. You might find it cool, but we would have preferred not having to navigate these steps. The staff was great, however, when checking in, they will really push the catamaran tours. Yet, on one of the days we were there, they had a dinner cruise to see their annual firework display which we would have loved (I am a fireworks fanatic) and the young woman checking us in never mentioned it! By the time a different front desk person told us about it, it was too late. And even he was misinformed about where you could see the fireworks from—he said we could just cross to the caldera side, but we would have needed to be in Fira to see them, so we totally missed them and I was seriously bummed out.

Great location Very good staff who are always available to help. They allowed us to stay extra for 2 hours after check out time.

Not much really except AC making some noisy and water is not hot in the mornings

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They assisted with transportation from the port, a rental car and suggestions for beaches. They also had a catamaran cruise we could’ve booked, but chose not to.

La gentilezza dello staff , la colazione , il panorama ( anche se su aereoporto) , aver avuto la possibilità di usare i servizi anche dopo il check out ( ma non lo abbiamo sfruttato)

La doccia vicino il letto , frigo bar vuoto , piscina privata sporca , letto sporco e macchiato , la posizione hotel e poca visibilità dell ingresso , aria condizionata rumorosa e poca insonorizzazione ( si sentono i motori esterni)
