Die Unterkunft ist generell schön, mit einem schönen Garten. Es gibt einen sehr praktischen Wäscheservice und ein Kamin im Gemeinschaftsbereich.
Unser Zimmer lag etwas ungünstig, die Fenster zum Gemeinschaftsbereich hin, sodass wenn wir die Vorhänge offen hatten, jeder in das Zimmer reinschauen konnte. Für zwei Frauen eher eine unangenehme Situation aufgrund der fehlenden Privatsphäre. Die Einrichtung ist eher basic und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was ich jedoch schlimm fand war, dass wir das Zimmer für einige Tage gebucht hatten und dann nach Machu Picchu gefahren sind und unser Gepäck im Zimmer gelassen hatten. Wir haben das Schild „nicht stören” aufgehängt weil wir nicht wollten dass in unserer Abwesenheit jemand ins Zimmer geht. Als wir wieder zurückgekommen sind waren aber die Putzfrauen und Mitarbeiter drinnen gewesen - das geht gar nicht wenn man um keine Störung bittet! Außerdem waren wir am letzen Tag beim Frühstück und es gab nur wenig Auswahl, da die nicht hinterhergekommen sind mit dem Auffüllen.

A beautiful stay! Great location in Cusco, the staff were wonderful and facilities were great. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and will definitely be back. Fantastic vibes and such a beautiful property with lovely views.
We had a little trouble getting picked up for tours being on a small street but the main square was only a short stroll away and it was very easy to get picked up from there

Great place! I stayed here for several nights with my 4-year-old son and it was the perfect place for us: close to the city center and lots of restaurants, nice garden with hammocks in the backyard, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The service / staff was exceptional and extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionists (Yuliana, Krissy, Julieta, Julia, Mery and Ivan) speak good English and helped us a lot (even with dealing with the airline because of our lost luggage).

The best thing was really the view from our room

Good location to explore San Blas - close to restaurants, laundry, stores, and boutique shops.
the room I was in - "children's carnival room" - is kind of nightmarish decoratively speaking - giant glasses of glitter and hats and blue velvet bedspread in a tiny room. Granted I was sick so I had o spend a lot of time in here, but recommend another "themed" roomShower water temperature was lukewarm, never got hot.

Nice stay in the centre, rooms are clean and breakfast is good
We booked this hostel because in the description was standing that there was a bath in the room (looked perfect after the salkantay trek). When we came, it seems there was only a shower. The receptionist could not explain the mistake and spoke about a translation fault. There is only 1 room with a jacuzzi which is 100 dollar more. However, at the booking website, in all languages is standing that there is a bath. She doesn’t understand our point so was not willing to change this on the website. So, if you want to book this hostel especially for the bath, be aware that only the most expensive room has a jacuzzi and not the other rooms. For us, it was disappointing and therefore maybe a bit expensive for only a classic room.

The rooms are big and comfort. Friendly staff, nice garden, good breakfast
The first single room was without windows, the second was smaller and without heating and was very cold.
The double room was cold, especially the bathroom.
The hotel is located at San Blas neighborhood. The area is very nice but problematic since there is only one narrow road leading to it. Some taxi drivers refuse to come or demand more money, and getting taxi at the morning is only by hotel order.

Great location! Loved the homey feeling of the property, the vibrant colors specially on the common areas as well as the court outside. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is located in the San Blas neighborhood which is a great location for exploring Cusco. The area was super quiet and close to coffee shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The garden area was perfect for watching the sun set over the city and it was very safe. They helped arrange a car to bring us to the airport in the morning and we really enjoyed our stay there.
The wifi was a little spotty at times and the breakfast left something to be desired but you can't beat it for the price, location, and very friendly staff.
