Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Close proximity to Shepherd’s Bush tube and rail links making it easy to get around.
Some areas were a little grubby, I.e. carpet, skirting boards, headboard etc, so just some closer attention to detail. The room AC didn’t seem to be working properly as it didn’t cool down much. When we asked reception about this, they turned AC on from the desk, but it didn’t seem to make much difference. A fan was also available in the room which helped. There room could do with additional sockets or some USB points to help charge phones etc.
