Calm district close to the center

Dirty swimingpool, dust, poor breakfast, poor airconditioning.

- There was a large hole in my towel - The bedsheets weren't changed when I asked for the room to be tidied (by putting the hanger on the door handle) - One of the shower heads was damaged, and didn't work properly - One of the mattresses seemed to have a broken spring - The mattresses were uncomfortable and would move and slide off the bedframe if you wanted to sit up and read in bed, or watch TV

Breakfast is rather late (at 9 am), so it's hard to plan different guided tours (which typically start during 08-09 am) There was no hair dryer and sleeping shoes. We also haven't seen cleaning after a night (when we arrived after 16h guided tour). And the walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbours (not good for romance).

Food was simple but served awesome. The front desk person Mr. Yiv was so helpful and accommodating. Very kind and always there to be called. The hotel was so clean and huge. Value for money is more than enough.we will recommend them to friends and will surely comeback next time.

I loved ambiance of this property, clean neat great breakfast. The people were very welcoming especially armin & mostafa they were always there to help me through my stay. The rest of hotel people were also so kind. Loved staying here with an amazing balcony view.

Nothing

The location is 2 KM from the center. A 10 min taxi ride which costs less than 2 $ if you use Yandex. The bed was comfy but the mattress could be harder. The breakfast was a little too poor for the price range of the hotel. If you like to have an outside swimming including a barbecue place then this hotel is the best choice for you.

It’s surely not a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was included but it was nothing to choose, the coffee was nasty. We had to take breakfast in cafés ate the city centre. There was a serious hot water supply problem. Actually, the supply of hot water stopped every 30 seconds, it was impossible to take a shower, a the last day of our stay hot water disappeared completely and we had to look through Booking.com again in search of a new hotel just for one night stay. It was extremely inconvenient and our last day impressions were spoiled. The only positive moment was that we got our money for the last day back. The bathroom was very small and with a lot of corrosion spots on the sink, shower booth and other items. There was also mosquitoes problem, there were no insect screens on the windows. The hotel is also rather far from the city center, we had to use taxi to get there.
