Kitchen comes fully stocked with an 8-set utensil place setting, pots & pans, keurig coffee pot, toaster and 8 person dish ware set and under counter led lighting. There is a gas burning stove, microwave, refrigerator, 15000 BTU air conditioner, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and sink, indoor/outdoor speakers, power awning with led lights, outdoor shower, bathroom access door as well as main entry door. Bathroom has shower/tub combo, sink and toilet. We also furnish, a plastic table, 2 directors chairs, 1 glider, and 4 folding chairs. All you need to do is bring your food and drinks!
