We really enjoyed ourselves, and had an awesome time. The property was in a great location with quick access to the beach and Padre Blvd. We definitely wouldn't mind staying there again. The property was also clean and up to date. Only thing that was missing is a washer and dryer accessible to the tenant. I will look for the property next time i return.

The rental was a great choice! We had a minor problem when we got there but called customer service and they were extremely helpful and got the problem fixed very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our condo was the perfect size and perfect location. Will definitely use you again and would love to stay in the same location. The only thing I could complain about was the shower curtain ... was pretty moldy on the end and the ice maker did not work. Other than that ... perfect stay.

This place was very nice. Right across the road from Treasure Island beach access that had restrooms and picnic area. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Pool was right outside our room so easy access. Lots of things close enough to walk to as well like gift shop, restaurant, bars. The only negative I have is that we were on the bottom floor and there isn’t a lot of insulation between bottom floor and top floor! Heard a lot of walking and stomping. I just turned my phone app up more to drown it out. Overall great place to stay!

This place was very nice. Right across the road from Treasure Island beach access that had restrooms and picnic area. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We Had a wonderful time it was my wife's Birthday, Mother's Day and our 8 year Anniversary while we were there!! Awesome Condo and great pool in front. Just a quick walk to the Beach!! Very friendly Neighborhood can't wait to go back real Soon!! Thanks SPI Rentals 👍👍🙏
