Godrai di una vista spettacolare dall'ampio balcone del condominio di questo condominio all'ultimo piano con vista sulla piscina e sulla bellissima spiaggia bianca come la neve. Il condominio di 2000 piedi quadrati è stato recentemente sottoposto a una straordinaria ristrutturazione con nuovi tappeti, mobili, lampade, tappeti, tende / copriletti oscuranti personalizzati, mobili in legno Polywood e una nuovissima smart TV da 65 "per quando non sei in spiaggia. Con due master suite king e un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con un divano letto, sarete sicuramente più che a vostro agio in questo condominio elegante ma adatto alle famiglie. | | Puoi andare alla piscina sul golfo perfettamente mantenuta e, naturalmente, alla famosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca - entrambe disponibili con accesso tramite codice cancello per garantire la privacy. | | Con solo 8 unità in questo complesso di 4 piani (solo quattro sono in affitto), Grand Playa offre tutto il divertimento di Seagrove, Seaside e Grayton in un ambiente più privato con parcheggio COPERTO designato e una facile passeggiata per l'ascensore. | | Il condominio dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. This has been our favorite condo that we have stayed in on 30A. The elevator made arrival extremely easy. The view was amazing. I was able to keep track of both of my teenage kids if they went down to the beach from our balcony view. The property manager responded promptly to any questions or requests. Unlike a lot of units, the best part was the furniture and BEDS were actually comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBO's with horrible mattresses and it can ruin a trip. These were great. Will use this unit again.

Clean, spacious condo with amazing views. Easy direct access to the best beach in America, and a convenient location to walk into town (Seaside) for dinner. We booked this because it was directly overlooking the ocean, and the views did not disappoint. Onsite parking was easy. Living room tv is huge and each bedroom also had its own tv. We had issues with the wifi on the first night, but it was due to a local outage and not the property’s fault. Communication with the property management company went very smoothly over the phone and via text. Would stay here again for sure!

Everything was great. Only minor complaint is that Benchmark could have been more helpful when we inquired about where to park a golf cart. They knew that the complex was less than 1/2 occupied & there were plenty of open parking places plus guest spots. Instead they told us to park on street or pay at a facility.

We selected this property because of its size and location. We visit along 30-A at least every other year and this property is definitely one we will visit again. The layout and furnishings were really nice. The ice maker didn’t work which proved inconvenient since we wanted to limit our shopping due to COVID. we were really surprised with the beach erosion— it very narrow. Plus, several of the properties around us crowded what was to be our “private” beach making social distancing next to impossible
