This large kitchen overlooks the amazing living and dining areas - and you'll get to enjoy the views too. You'll also find a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. This top-floor unit in Grand Playa is thoughtfully updated every where your turn. Whether you're spending the day at the beach or relaxing indoors, you'll enjoy true comfort and luxury.
Head down to the Gulf-front pool and, of course, the white sandy beaches - both available by gate code access to ensure privacy. Grand Playa offers all the fun of Seagrove and is within walking/biking distance to WaterColor and Seaside. Plus there is covered parking with an easy walk to the elevator.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

This has been our favorite condo that we have stayed in on 30A. The elevator made arrival extremely easy. The view was amazing. I was able to keep track of both of my teenage kids if they went down to the beach from our balcony view. The property manager responded promptly to any questions or requests. Unlike a lot of units, the best part was the furniture and BEDS were actually comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBO's with horrible mattresses and it can ruin a trip. These were great. Will use this unit again.

Clean, spacious condo with amazing views. Easy direct access to the best beach in America, and a convenient location to walk into town (Seaside) for dinner. We booked this because it was directly overlooking the ocean, and the views did not disappoint. Onsite parking was easy. Living room tv is huge and each bedroom also had its own tv. We had issues with the wifi on the first night, but it was due to a local outage and not the property’s fault. Communication with the property management company went very smoothly over the phone and via text. Would stay here again for sure!

Everything was great. Only minor complaint is that Benchmark could have been more helpful when we inquired about where to park a golf cart. They knew that the complex was less than 1/2 occupied & there were plenty of open parking places plus guest spots. Instead they told us to park on street or pay at a facility.

Everything about this property was as advertised or better. It was beautiful, very well furnished with great beds and furniture, and as easy to the beach as any property we've stayed in.
