Very welcoming and clean hotel. Great mountain view. Breakfast was good and the staff was kind. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Breakfast hours were a little too early for us, ending around 9:30–10:00. The laundry service was very expensive compared with local prices, and the clothes were initially returned still a little wet, although the staff dried them again. I would not recommend using the laundry service. Some staff members also had limited English, which sometimes made communication a little difficult.

Very close to the centre. lovely and clean. Spacious for a family of 6 with Interconnected rooms.

Good sized room, comfortable bed, good staff
Bedding was damp, we called the night staff and they said it was like this all over Sapa and that was it! Breakfast was adequate, but we only had it the first morning and went elsewhere. Noisy housekeeping from 6.30am upstairs dragging furniture, and before 8, cleaning outside the bedroom

The office boy Mr Lenh was so helpful and did all he could do for us. I highly recommend him and hopefully his boss appreciate’s him.
The towels were super thin and grey which made them look dirty. Also sheets were not ironed so was a little unsure if they were clean.
