The staff were super friendly and assist us in everything! Provided early check in for free for both rooms. Also give us breakfast for free upon arrival.

Location was good and staff were kind and very helpful, clean rooms. Rooms balcony view is nice

I was in 8 floor it was horrible, very noisy especiallyin the morning you can hear them preparing the breakfast area above you and you could hear them moving the tables and chairs from around 06:30 morning. They don't provide iron in the room, if you need Ironing you have to give them your clothes for ironing and they charge you for it. Area smelling very bad especially that they are keeping a public toilets in the corridor on some floors, toilet rooms were so small, shower area was very small with a short shower dish, the curtain in the toilet was musty and had some fungus. Breakfast was not much with varieties and had a lack of options, breakfast is with less options on Halal food.
