This is an upmarket, deluxe B&B. The breakfast is superb, more than I could eat. Well located just outside Winchester centre, but easily accessible with public transport, just a few yards up the road from the facility. The proprietor is very helpful with advixe regarding local eating establishments. Parking on-site which is a bonus.
Stairs are always a hassle, particularly as I get older!

Richard was excellent.
Winchester was lovely.
Bed comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent.
Very small room and en-suite. Shower week and tv remote very hard to press.
Having stayed at three other band b on the south coast this same week, each for around the 80 pound mark, including breakfast, I do question value for money here.

The location, directly opposite the hospital. Richard was very friendly and helpful.
No refund was possible either for the fact that we were unable to have any breakfast, for medical reasons, or that I was discharged early from hospital so we didn't need to stay the second night.
Room was very small.
