Ryan and Katie are very nice. The location is great. Close to downtown and a block from the river. The home is comfortable and well stocked. Pretty much anything you would need is available. They are quick to get back to you if you have questions. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here when visiting Bend. Lane and Pam

We loved our stay in this property! Updated, high end touches and comfortable. Ryan and Katie available and responsive, they have thought of everything you could possilbly need. On site washer and dryer very appreciated. Location amazing, a few doors away from River Bend Falls Park, beautiful mile walk to downtown Bend along the river. Sorry we had to leave!

I had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the river and less than a mile from downtown.I especially enjoyed walking along the river path, heading toward downtown for all the restaurants and shops, and in the other direction for peaceful, scenic strolls surrounded by nature. It was the best of both worlds.Ryan was an excellent host—always responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
