Property was good for our needs. We had no issues.

The location is convenient to the historic Durango district as well as access to US Hwy 550 to the north and south. The loft upstairs was spacious and overall the unit accommodated our needs for 4 adults. The property management company was also responsive to questions and requests.

I've stayed at a lot of the Ferringway rentals and this was one of the best. Great layout, updated bed and linens and smart TVs with Roku. Perfect!

It was a nice place very conveniently located near Fort Lewis College. The pool was nice and big and convenient. The communication through text and email was very thorough and helped me through the process of checking in and checking out, very easily. I never found a hiking trail right from the condo, though.

We arrived and the temperature inside was 89 degrees. To our dismay, there was no air conditioning. Looking around at other units, it appeared most everyone had window units. Come on, window units are not that expensive. The unit was nice enough and the girls loved the pool. But if it’s summer time, won’t book here.

Great spot, perfect location to visit Fort Lewis!

Condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment and dishes. Less than 2 miles from historic downtown area, some very nice hiking trails nearby. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. 2 short flights of stairs up to unit, spiral stairs up to 2nd bedroom in loft. Grill at pool worked great.

Had a good time.. straight down the hill and you’re right downtown..definitely Che k out food trucks.. great vibe. Property is clean and as described.

Its was good stay just that foundation of condo isn't level if you put ball in the hallway it will roll toward the bedroom..you can feel gravity pulling you to east side of the building so thats only thing not feel level other than that its good condo

So close to Fort Lewis and plenty of room to stretch out!

We enjoyed the location and hot tubing in the evening. Clean and property managers were great at addressing some very loud neighbors who were there for a night.

This was great for my husband and me. Liked that it was out of the way yet close enough to town.

This spot was cute, comfortable, clean and fit the needs of our trip. Looking forward to visiting again

Really great condo for our family of 4. The lofted bedroom/living room felt very spacious. Kitchen well-stocked if you want to cook in. Clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs, but we didn't have any issues. We came during a snowstorm and the roads were plowed well. Very roomy condo that had enough room for all of our winter gear. Very close to everything Durango has to offer. We will be back!

We were staying for a long weekend while we did some activities and shopping in the area with our 4 and 7 year children. The kitchen was well equiped, something I never find in other places. This was the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in, someone knows how to get in all the books and crannies. The whole place had a very cozy feel, fluffy blankets and comforters, soft lighting, and quiet from outside noise. The only suggestions I have for the owners would be to do something about the squeaky master bed. If you can't do stairs, this wouldn't be a good place to stay; otherwise, this was a great place, close to nearly anything, and super clean. Our family of four loved this rental.

The property was very dated and needed several updates. It smelled terrible. It had no AC, and the maintenance person told me “to just raise a window” if we were hot. The washing machine did not work, so we had to wash our clothes at the laundry mat. The lights flickered as if they had a short and the stove eye indicator light stayed on, as if the eye was still on. Of course maintenance couldn’t fix any of the problems while we were there, and I had to fight and argue with the property owner and VRBO for several hours to even get a discount on our stay. It was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I will never rent from VRBO or Vacation Rental Collective again. Do yourself a favor and do not rent this property.

My husband and recently visited Durango and stayed here. The property was perfect for 2-4 people with two beds. It was as advertised, minutes from downtown. Communication was great. It you are looking for a no frill, convenient place to stay, this is it.

The condo was clean, beautiful decorated, and well stocked with all the essentials and then some. I love to cook and felt completely at ease with all the kitchen gadgetry. Plenty of linens and all condo info was easy to find and utilize (wifi ect).

The only downside was no ac. I came from Phoenix so having a condo that set around 80-85 was a minor inconvenience. Even with fans and windows , we were lucky to get down to about 71 for a few hours early morning . There are some wasps that are building under the patio banister but not a swarm just enough to make me uncomfortable leaving the front door open to cool off the condo.

I would absolutely book this condo again. It has been very well kept and loved. Beds were also extremely comfortable. All the appliances were new or again very well maintained.

The layout was open and inviting . Can't wait to come back.
