Everything was excellent. Location on the edge of the Old Town, superb shower, even the creaky old wardrobe. French doors open to the balcony on top of the chippie - just unfortunate it was raining for the majority of my stay.
I could have done without the bloke upstairs having "a domestic" with his girlfriend shouting down the stairwell late on the Saturday night.

No cleaning in the 3 nights we were there but wasn't a problem really. Internet would have been good .

Perfect location, loved the balcony and it’s view. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was modern and very nice. Comfy bed, we had a good nights sleep. Bedroom furniture was shabby chic giving it a nice comfortable feel to it. Nice to have a little fridge in the room, very useful.
Absolutely no communication from the owners at all. Just a quick check in on us would have been nice, they weren’t even around when we left for us to thank them or make any comments about our stay. Could be improved with comfortable seating on the balcony. There was no wifi access which would have been very beneficial as the phone signal in that whole area was not great at all.

When we booked to the room there were broken frame and glass over the floor. I took picture but didn't alarmed reception as I was late to meetings. Next day while check out I told owner about frame, he not only didn't believe but also start behave like we did it. I showed him picture with time when it was made a a proof this was in the room while we came. then he start shouting at poor cleaning lady. this was very rude. Hotel is next to busy road and it's an old building so frame could felt down due to traffic made vibrations.
I know hospitality is though business but I do not appreciate owners of business to treat staff so bad.

Owners and staff were very welcoming The suite was so excellent very clean And the view was brilliant To be honest outstanding Highly recommend We would stay at mastersuite 2 again

There were a few issues but overall the accommodation was as expected, as I've stayed there before. I wasn't happy with the new coded entrance system but only because there was no back up if I had problems, which I did on the first night. I was also surprised to be charged so much as I expected a discount for being a genius customer. I certainly would not have booked it at £88 per night without breakfast, which is how much it cost in the end. However, that is an issue with you not the accommodation. I may have to think about moving to another booking site.
See above, also the toilet seat was broken.

Great location, nice balcony looking over the seafront. Nice staff.
No Internet. There is supposed to be two different networks, but was told that both were down and would be fixed (and were not during my stay), so I spent 4 nights without a WiFi connection, which costs me money as I work online. It's a shame, as there is a nice little 'study' with a desk. Also it was absolutely and literally freezing. Heating only seemed to go on after 9 am and was switched off in the evening. There appeared to be no thermostat, just on and off for the radiator. I thought about buying a portable heater it was so cold.
Would be a lovely place to stay in the summer, but it appears I was unlucky staying during the coldest spell of the winter, and with no Internet connection. For the price (and rating), you would expect both decent heating and a working Internet connection.

Weather was cold and stormy. Thermostatic valves on all radiators, though they all turned off when I left the property and removed the keycard, hence room was cold on return. The radiators also operated on a timer, so they switched off overnight. Hence most of the time, if not snuggled up under the duvet the room was cold/freezing.

fantastic location, beautifully decorated room and facilities, amazing balcony, smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video and the most delicious fish and chips from downstairs! helpful and friendly owner. thank you we will return. ❤️

This is probably (for us) the best hotel in Hastings 😍
Situated between the Old Town and Town Center.
We had the room with balcony. It has the best view.
Downstairs there is the fish and chips shop. 🤤
We enjoyed breakfast at the Cornish Bakery and at Petit Fi.
Evenings in Ye Old Pump House, and around the corner The Jenny Lind. All within walking distance.
Everything was perfect.

Great location.
Would have appreciated body wash, conditioner and shampoo sachets.
