Seaside location

Very tired house in need of repairs and cleaning. The second bedroom was so musty smelling it couldn’t be slept in

Location!

A few minor things needed repair.

What a fantastic location, and a lovely holiday home. The kitchen was well equipped (no microwave). Sitting out on the wee deck in the sun was fabulous and we had many interactions with the locals. Comfortable medium hardness queen bed, single beds were firm. I enjoyed being in this place and resisted leaving for all but essential trips.

Advertised as pristine but it wasn't. It was however a lovely relaxing place to stay. It would be good to have bedside lamps and tables.

Lots of towels

Not pristine, outside needed lots of work and inside was very spartan. Windows not clean so we couldn't even enjoy view, just got views of paint flaking of door.

Location. Close to ASB Stadium. Idyllic surroundings and picturesque. Quiet and peaceful.

Off street parking was a struggle with a ute. Any larger vehicles would have an issue. No microwave. No mirrors in bedrooms. Could have done with side tables in main bedroom.

Liked the location close to the local beaches and Miramar Peninsula. Bedrooms and linen were great as was the double shower with great water pressure

No TV :(. Only one 2/3 seater couch for a 4 person stay (which was a pull out bed), not comfy at all when wanting to relax at the end of the day. There were four people staying at this property so it would lend itself to a couple of 2/3 seater really comfy couches and/or 2 single lounge chairs. The kitchen sink had a block so any water used wouldn’t drain...not ideal. I would suggest a plunger be available at the property to clear it!
