Immerso in Florence, questo affascinante condominio a 144 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. L'arredamento degli appartamenti è semplice e funzionale e curato nei particolari; la luce naturale proveniente dalle finestre a tetto crea un'atmosfera particolare alla casa che è dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata con telecomando e riscaldamento singolo; la camera da letto matrimoniale è particolarmente affascinante e accogliente, con un ampio letto matrimoniale; nel soggiorno, ben separato dal resto della casa, si trova un comodo divano-letto a due piazze. L'altra camera è arredata con un simpatico letto a castello che piace moltissimo ai bambini.
Dal balcone si gode una vista stupenda della cupola del Brunelleschi e del campanile di Giotto, particolarmente affascinante di notte con i monumenti illuminati.
Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione (appena dieci minuti a piedi) l'appartamento è l'ideale per visitare la città a piedi. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere facilmente ed in breve tempo ogni zona della città e anche della periferia (Piazzale Michelangelo, Fiesole); infatti le principali linee di autobus hanno la fermata proprio nelle vicinanze.

All the essential needs were met in this apartment. Comfortable place to stay. Pull out couch was more than adequate for one of my kids to sleep. Twin sized bunk beds were great. Kitchen allowed for basic meal prep.

My family of five had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Walking distance to all the sights in central Florence and next to the art gallery museum. Great places to eat all around and a Carrefour Express grocery store right around the corner. Great communication with Elisabetta which ensured easy access to the apartment and was responsive with anything we needed. We definitely would stay again at this great location. I highly recommend this apartment.

Never met our Host. All communication was by email. Somehow we missed that the place was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Would not have booked if we knew in advance.
Also it would be nice to provide a “sharps” container as my wife is diabetic and takes insulin shots.
Host best thing was to help arrange cab to train station on day of departure - for that I am appreciative.

Stayed 3 night with my wife and two 30+ year old children. This was a great place for the four of us since it had two bathrooms. Nothing fancy but a great central location to explore Florence from. Communication and check in was a bit of a challenge but had more to do with the language barrier than with the host. Bottom line, I would stay again and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed the walk ability of this property. Short, easy walks to Santa Maria Novella train station and all the main sights in Florence. Buses are also easily accessible outside the building and grocery markets are close by as well as many bars and restaurants.

The apartment is right on San Marco Sq. which is a great location. We were literally 65 steps to the Academia and the best sandwich shop was right on the corner. Unfortunately, they are doing extensive work on the square and loud construction noise began at 7:30 am.
The apartment was well appointed and spacious for three women. We enjoyed sitting in the family room area at night recapping the day and making plans for our next day.
We highly recommend staying here. (Check with the city to see if construction is complete on San Marco Sq. Otherwise bring earplugs). Enjoy the conveniences and comfort of this apartment!

everything is advertised for this property you will get, we had an amazing stay at the apartment it had everything we needed for family of 5 and the best part is that you can walk to pretty much all the touristic places in Florence.

The property is located on what is basically a bus terminal. Great if you want a bus; not so great if you are in the front bedroom above the fumes and the noise. The hostess did not provide the entry codes until we were standing in front of the location in the rain. And our group had to stay together ALL the time because only one set of keys were provided; AND when the keys were removed from the property, the electricity automatically turned off. So if you stayed behind, you were in the dark. Additionally, the property is NOT next to Santa Maria Novella Train Station as listed. It is an 11 minute walk. It was a disappointing stay in Florence.

Great location to everything in Florence.. very walkable but we did use taxi with our luggage to train station but it’s only a 15 min walk. We didn’t use the kitchen but seems all is there if you need to. Found the glasses / dishes in the tv console. Great communication with host.

Fabulous spacious apartment. Manager’s communications were helpful. Kitchen was fabulous and very easy to use. Washing machine a plus. A little noise in the evening in kids bunk room from the busses and restaurants downstairs but nothing too worrisome. Balcony is a calming retreat (perfect for sitting with glass of wine) with a view of the Duomo.

Elizabetta was an excellent host and very prompt with responses if we had any questions. The location of this apartment is great, a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. Florence can get quite hot, even in September, and the air conditioning in the city is not what we were used to so that could be difficult with the heat but it was not the fault of the apartment/host. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with 6 flights of stairs. If you have large luggage, like we did, it can be very difficult to manage. The spaciousness of the apartment was very nice and perfect for a family trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to so many things. Food shops and restaurants right outside the door also a bus stop and weekend music in the piazza. Just around the corner from the Academia. The apartment was comfortable and a great place to come back to after a day enjoying the city.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with narrow stairs that made it difficult for us to carry our bags all the way up. The apartment is very narrowly spaced too, the rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are very tight. The air conditioning does not work unless you insert the key, which would be only after you come into the apartment. And you cannot turn on ACs and washing machines at the same time, nor could we wash clothes when we were out. It was a pain managing the timing. The ACs were not strong enough either, which made it difficult since we were there in the peak of summer. No clear checkout instructions from the host and she ended up charging us extra money, though we had reached out to her with certain questions (but no response from the host). The apartment is close to the bus stop and there is some loud Karaoke that goes on till late night, which was quite disturbing. I would not prefer going there again.

The apartment is in an excellent location, steps from the accademia. San Marco square is lively with some decent restaurants next door. Temperatures were in the high 90s during our stay and the ac unit in the master bedroom was not functioning well enough to be able to cool the room. The other ac units worked fine. The apartment is nice, clean. Nice views from the balcony. Overall, I would recommend the apartment for families or a group.

Great apartment for family vacation in Florence
The location is very convenient, because it’s only two minutes walking distance to the Academy Gallery, and close by to all other major attractions. The apartment is spacious, and can fit family of four. It came with everything we needed during our stay. The only downside is that the building did not have an elevator. It can be tiring to carry heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. Elisabetta was a great host throughout and helped us to store our luggages after we checked out. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend.

Florence stay at San Marcos Plaza
We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta's apartment. It was everything we hoped for. Very comfortable, great location to walk around town, near grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and had all essentials we needed. Elisabetta was quick to respond with any questions we had. If you have the chance definitely do one of the cooking tours offered outside of town by walkabout tours; great views, fun instructors, good wine and had a blast learning how to make pizza and gelato.
We would be happy to stay at Elisabetta's apartment again on our next trip.

Our stay in Florence was wonderful. The host was very responsive to all our need and concerns even before we arrived. After traveling to Italy for the last 10-years, we decided to extend our stay and live in an apartment instead of a hotel. We were there for 5-weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The host was very accessible all during our stay. She met us upon arrival and showed us the apartment and explained all the amenities like washer, stove, and temperature controls. The apartment was clean upon arrival with plenty of towels and bed linens. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of The Duomo in the back and Piazza San Marco in the front. It was a five-minute walk to the center and many stores and markets close by.
I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.
