Nothing at all

Lovely clean rooms with everything you could need. Really good location; close to the centre of Ambleside but away from the hustle and bustle. Very good breakfast with a great choice to pick from nothing is too much trouble.
Caz and Steve and the breakfast lady were all very friendly and professional, you can tell they enjoy what they're doing.
Overall a very enjoyable few nights, definitely recommend and sure we'll return. Many thanks.
Nothing to complain about.

Hospitality by owners was next level. Nothing was too much trouble, lots of local knowledge. The warmest greeting we have received in a long time. Location was right in town and accessible to everything. Room was a good size. Breakfast options were varied and serving sizes generous.
We couldn’t stay longer.
