Breakfast was well cooked and kept me going through the day. Plenty of choice. The location is fantastic, just a short walk into Ambleside and also regular buses go past the door to major Lake District Centres. It was lovely to see happy dogs welcomed at the property.

Very friendly owner, great breakfast
Just the traffic outside! But NOT the fault of the guest house!

Very comfortable, clean, tidy. Had everything you needed.
Fabulous breakfast, shower very good, facilities very good.
Couldn’t have asked for a better host.
Free parking permit provided for loads of parking places in the area.
Dogs are very well thought of too.
Close to all local amenities but not close to any noise which was fab for us whose dog barks at anything.
Bed was so comfy too which is a bonus.
There was nothing to dislike.
