Comfortable room and bathroom, with a nice standalone bath. Excellent location, right next to the bus stop and walking distance to both the town and the lakeside and Roman fort. Basic breakfast provided in the common area. Dog-friendly.
All the windows of the room are at ground level right beside a car park, so there were cars and people passing by right outside all the time, so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy most of the time.

I like the accommodation to access to the room easily with my dog. The bedding was very puffy and comfortable. The balcony set up was also excellent.
It is a flip side of the easy access but the security concern was there. One night someone was trying to access our front door that it must be by accident but was scary.

Location was good and free carpark
Rooms are becoming abit shabby and the cleaning of the rooms is questionable. The carpet looked like it had not seen a hoover for weeks and the balcony area was very dirty.
