Chic modern decor, welcoming lobby area, quality fittings and equipment. Very bright and airy.
No negatives

Location was exceptional. Close to all the amenities and tourist activities. Flat was great and it had most of what we needed.
Maybe for longer stays you could leave more than 2 dishwashers and washing machine tabs. Most places leave 1 dishwasher tab per day. Maybe a bit more toilet roll.

Bright, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. Close to the centre of York, in a quiet building with plenty of space for two people sharing. The living area was spacious, the sofa bed was comfortable, and the big windows overlooking the waterways were stunning. Parking on site was easy to access and very secure, and the whole experience was great.
Nothing!

The house is nice and modern, quite impersonal. The apartment is clean enough even if there was dust in some parts and the windows need to be cleaned.
The kitchen is modern and has cooking utensils, not all of which are very clean. The refrigerator is large. There is no microwave. There are no cleaning products other than dish soap.
Very central, just minutes from the shambles and the centre.
Unfortunately I would not go back as it has two big problems.
The bed is very uncomfortable, but VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, you feel the bed springs in your back and in the morning you wake up with neck and back pain. Shameful for the price paid. Never slept so badly.
There is no air conditioning, so if you go in the summer and it's hot, it suffocates. Fortunately for us, by opening the window, the temperature dropped.
So sad, could be a really great place!
