Great location and on-site parking in the centre of York. Walk out of the door and pretty much everything you need is nearby.
The windows are floor to ceiling but the only coverings are thick curtains. The view is of the street or the flats opposite, so if you want privacy you close the curtains. Some net curtains would be ideal.
I'd suggest moving the mirror in the bathroom too. The obvious place would be above the sink, but instead they've put it above the toilet.

Location, clean and stylish appartment
Ryedale house is a great location- easy access to all.
I hired two apartments, City Pad is facing the road and is noisy from road users, motorbike shop immediately opposite and lots of current building work nearby

we like the apartment & we liked the location the building was really clean
good to have parking in York
I feel if you are going to let the property out to people you could make it more homely
regarding dressing gown small milk in the fridge
Its also really expensive for what it is
