1) Excellent location. It is in La Latina area of Madrid, which has superb tabernas and restaurants.
2) Clean room with comfortable bed. Well-equipped bathroom albeit small (Clarins shower gel, shampoo, lotion). Feels so much better than its 2-star designation. Staff helpful and polite.
3) La Antoñita restaurant at the hotel ground floor is very good. Liked the arroz negro con chipirones.
4) Good breakfast.
In my single room, there were no windows (see attached pictures so you can understand better) apart from two vertical glass panes looking out into the hallway. I was aware of this when I booked, so no complaints from me. Property staff reminded me after I had booked that if I wanted a balcony, I should change my room selection. I was mostly enjoying the area and hotel bar/restaurant so I didn’t need a balcony. The trade off between price and room look & feel was very much acceptable to me.

It was perfect for me as a solo traveller ,
All the staff were efficient and polite. They would help you with anything.
Excellent location in the Latino area.
There was nothing major. The only thing to me was a glass headed on a rock, needs protection around it .

Great location and view from balcony was just amazing. Very close to downtown and nice neighborhoods like Sol square. The room was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay in the same place if I visit Madrid again.

Posizione
Non è un 4 stelle ma un 3 stelle al massimo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo e' caro per la stanza. Scarsa manutenzione. La stanza non aveva la possibilità di aprire le finestre.
