The cleanliness of the room was awesome
The ac wasn’t working and we were not warned before arrival and told that is was working at 50% capacity but it was 0% working.

Your peace of mind
They went to knock on my door so that I could vacate the room, a lack of respect.

The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. The general manager Ginelle was great.
The location is perfect for the stadiums and it means you don’t have to fight for an under into Downtown. That said, the generally area isn’t great and there isn’t much to do locally.
It’s a half hour to Downtown.

Near from stadiums
Facilities are old

Nothing, that place is a scam!!! Paid $168 because I thought it was a good deal. When I checked out the front desk said they would email me a bill, to my surprise the bill went from $168 to $538. The front desk said that the fire detector was tampered with. I am filing a complaint with the Kansas City inspector and the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday
Nothing!!!!

This is/was a great experience. I live in the city so I know how a lot of these hotels put lipstick on a pig 🐖. Not this one. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are actually clean, the staff is great and not to mention..... The variety for the free breakfast is unbelievable!!. 1 other perk is both Stadiums are right across the street so you can hear all the action!! I would definitely refer this hotel.
I didn't like the expensive pet fee $50 per pet. We have 2 miniature poodles that are trained. The good thing is it's for as long as you stay.

The hotel is across the freeway from the stadiums. It’s a 1 mile walk to Arrowhead stadium. The reason we stayed there was because of this and that we could leave on car and not have to pay the $50 parking fee. The hotel parking is on the back side of the property. The front side has a small parking area that people also use to park. If you get there early, you can park there for free. This parking area is evidently for the old restaurant that is no longer there. It’s gone. Demolished and fenced off. This was another reason we stayed there. I thought there would be decent food. The hotel offers a nice breakfast. I had a waffle and the coffee was good. Overall, I would stay there again.
Powdered eggs. I don’t like powdered eggs.

Me and My daughters attend the Chiefs game and it was convenient n close so we didn't have to drive far.
No AC, which I understand because it's winter but when we check in and went to our room it was super hot, and someone at tempture on thermostat at 90 degrees so it took awhile to cook room down and we had to open small window n door, other than that it was overall good.

It was easy to get to from the game and within walking distance.
The staff were great. They had a little car at night and it was a safe place to hang out.
It was a tad outdated. The air units in the rooms weren’t single units so the temp was set. But I will say the GM accommodated us by getting us a fan.

Room was great, beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was dissapointing.

It is close to GEHA field
There was no air conditioning, we had no towels in our room and it smelled like cigarettes considering it was a no smoking room. The entire motel didn’t have AC, we should have been given discounted rooms. It was bad. The staff was genuinely amazing though as they have no control of what was going on.

We chose the hotel for the location, and got exactly what we wanted -- an easy walk to the stadium. The hotel/room were nothing spectacular, but we chose it for the location and it was completely satisfactory. It was clean and comfortable and quiet.
The price was pretty steep. But because of their location they can get a premium for nights when there's concert or game at the stadium. So I get it.

Location was close to venue we visited.
Parking lot needs repair along with better lighting. Room/bedding smelled of smoke. Need new towels throughout facility. Breakfast was very disappointing. Tv channels were slim at best.

I want to compliment the front desk staff of Teal and Janelle, who were doing the best they could under uncomfortable circumstances with many angry guests.
The hotel had experienced a power outage as a result of a storm. Rather than informing us, they tried to operate anyway. Power had been restored, but the air conditioning (in 90 degree weather) wasn't working.
The outdoor swimming pool water was a very nasty looking green

The location was excellent for visiting a Royals or Chiefs game. It is a very short walk to either stadium. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The free breakfast was tasty and had many good options.
I was originally assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Then was moved to a clean room. Not that big of a deal but the staff just kind of laughed about it and didn’t offer an apology. They kept mentioning how their power had been out for three days. I’m not sure what that has to do with assigning me a dirty room.

Hotel apparently didn’t have power and we were informed upon arrival that we would have to find a different place to stay. We were driving a truck with a trailer and it was impossible to turn around since they had blocked off the parking lot, so we had to drive over the (in bad shape) sidewalk/front pavement. They didn’t call or email me to let me know we would be turned away, and it was completely abandoned except for a lone security guard.

the breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very patient. It was a difficult situation. They did the best that they could the first night.
There was a huge storm that knocked out the power. When I got there about 10 PM the power was out. The power did come back on about an hour and a half later. So, it wasn’t too bad. No fault of the hotel. The power was on the next morning and still on just before I went to the baseball game. However, after coming back from a hot baseball game, we were told that the fire marshal said we had to evacuate . The power in most of the building appeared to be out. However, on my floor, and in my room, the power was on. Not sure why I had to leave. We were all forced to leave the hotel. It was late at night, and I did not know the area. I was scared and ended up going to a place that was expensive because I had few reasonable alternatives. It could have been handled differently. I’m still waiting to get a refund for my three night stay. Hoping for some compensation with my alternative last minute hotel inconvenience.

The property is right off the interstate and in great proximity to the stadium. The registration area was very well stocked with snacks and drinks for purchase. The clerks and breakfast attendant were very friendly!
The facilities were in need of repair/refresh in some areas, such as the elevator. The room was very clean, but not very updated and could use a fresh coat of paint.

When we arrived to check in, the front desk was super rude for no reason, and we ended up not even checking in. He reassured us that the reservation would be canceled yet I still got charged. And now I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back!!
