The room was lovely, great size and homely. Susanna was so helpful and sent lovely messages through our stay. The location is brilliant, 10 mins from the tower and around 15 / 20 mins from station. There was a lovely surprise of some snacks too. Cannot fault the stay at all.
Nothing!

We stayed at Muse and it was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, very stylish, with an older-world feel and stunning painted ceilings. The team running it is fantastic, and the manager has great taste, it was a truly great place to stay. The location is also absolute perfection.
If you go to Pisa, that is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Very clean
A little noisy from windows but the property was amazing and clean and renovated.

Fab location, so close to the main sights and lovely restaurant at the bottom of the road, but set back quietly. We got engaged during this trip and Susanna went to the extra mile to upgrade us, and decorate the room and provide gorgeous baked goods - we loved it! didn’t want to leave
