Nice clean apartment good location
Entry system using codes was very difficult as we arrived late in the evening. Stressful and easy to make mistakes.

Very clean and modern rooms. AC was a must.
Quirky elevator is not easy to use if travelling with someone who has mobility issues.

Fabulous location, beautiful terrace and great breakfast!
We don’t mind the room not being serviced every day - but it would be good to be able to get clean mugs and glasses and quicker access to an iron and ironing board (maybe in the hallway?)

Clean, well kept apartment. Location was suitable for short walk to Pisa station.
Only 1 bath towel and hand towel is insufficient for 4-night stay. Sleep disturbed by noise from lift shaft adjacent to the room, frequent noise also from people arriving and leaving immediately outside the room due to door mechanics. TV kept cutting out after short term use. One beside light flickered frequently. Toilet seat loose. On 2 nights there was very loud music and crowd noise external to the building that went on until after 3am.
