Nice Size Rooms ,Comfortable Beds , Well Equipped , The Roof Top Bar , Friendly Staff . Jeremy from bell staff was so helpful in regard to major problem we had.
Breakfast very disappointing
Hotel Cabs are expensive / do not quote full price , and we were very badly let down by a driver who left the airport with one our bags and we had to wait in lobby of airport for 2 hours till it was brought back . Use yellow cabs or uber .
The area is really noisy and packed but then some may like that . The hotel plays music non stop .

Great location and iconic interior.
Great shower! Almost as big as the room…
For weeks before arrival the regular invites to customise this, upgrade that… and when we took a room on the higher floor with a larger window to see the Times Square celebrations… it was just a lie. Only if you put your face to the glass could you see a slice of an LED billboard. Very poor!
Concierge was generally unhelpful and just wanted us to buy upgrades, or wasn’t really interested.
We met a couple from Florida who found just the same.
A very disappointing 6/10 - must try harder!
