Clean modern high rised
Lot of street noise from road , trains passing by and nocturnal broadcasting over loudspeakers from local mosque was pretty noisy despite being up on 25th floor

This hotel lives up to a 4 star rating that I don't understand where it comes from. The beds are comfy and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Helpful staff on the reception.
The cleanliness of the place needs a major upgrade. The beds had stains although they smelled fresh. The walls in the bedroom had stains too, clearly never been cleaned. The breakfast was okay, but the soya sauce plate had lots of ants inside, and we found a baby cockroach roaming around the counter.

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Surabaya, location hotel is just 30 min (when traffic is not to busy), from Juanda International Airport Surabaya.
Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments.
When we are back in Surabaya, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.
Location of the hotel is just on the corner just of a very busy traffic light and railway road... and that cause a lot of delay when ordering a local Taxi or when you want to go out.

Breakfast is not good. The bread, croissants and other things were very dry and inedible.
