The room was clean. The pool area was nice. I got a good nights sleep
The breakfast was not nice. Food was left out for a long time so cold or hard/ rubbery. I didn’t enjoy it.

Location wise, bed & linen.
1. No greetings and intention to help from the concierge on arrival.
2. Front office missed to checked that I have made a full payment. And missed to return my ID. No greetings and hospitality on my arrival.
3. Breakfast staff misheard and made fun of my sister‘s statement.
4. All staff used no face mask. No mask and handgloves on breakfast area.
5. Handsoap dispenser filled with water instead of handsoap.

Comfortable. Pool enough to cool down, but too many swimmers and the size is mini. 😃
I need to wash my hand, but no soap or liquid soap, I have to go in the shower cabinet and take the liquid soap from there. The light also to remang - remang (dimly lit) not good for put on make up in the evening. 😅

Room price is ultra reasonable. Great staff, smiles, greetings, happy vibes.
The staff called me, informing if I'm ok with smoking room not long after i booked via booking.com, the information she gave is very precise.
Location not far from highway gate, airport.
Surrounded by restaurants, the hotel food also not expensive at all.
Clean, hot water, kettle, generous electricity socket, tv channel options, extra pillow, fridge, economical bathroom lighting.
The reminders to always save Earth.
The laundry price is cheap, but they dont have the laundry bag which is not critical. Tiny parking lot and the towels hanger in the bathroom location is hard to reach (above, behind the toilet bowl), but it is minimum issue. It was a good stay overall.

Great staff and accommodating. Nice bar and pool. They helped us arrange a Bromo trip which we enjoyed a lot.

The room has thin wall I guess? I can hear voice of other people from another room when they chit chat. At some point it's really annoying. More over, I can hear someone play music when walking in aisle. I think it's really hard to enjoy your time in the room with music and talking with your friends
