Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always.

Though I orderd from online , but hotel guy told room was not there and told directly if u paying will give accommodation Orelse not , It was so rude Note : my check in was late night 11:30

Pretty pathetic actually other than the warmth & sincerity of the Manager.

The Manager cum caretaker he was very warm and nice and he is the only reason why have not rated the property as Poor

Everything apart from the Manager. You should stop suggesting this for Families as it’s not. This is misleading people like us

The front desk staff was really helpful under his limitations, The room wasn’t clean and smelling of cigarette. No toile

Atleast the breakfast alone met the minimum quality.

No AC Dirty laundry cigarettes smell stains on the floor

The room was comfortable

The room was not clean... I stayed 3 days.. tv didn't work.. lights didn't work..food was not given on time.. i asked cofee they give me tea.. no room service.. ful of small cockroach and tiny bugs.. I would really not recommend this hotel to any one..i don't have a zero rating to give

staff service, breakfast is not proper, they bring from a cheap shop and tea is also..not providing towel and water bottle overall very bad experince first time.
