Excellent location just up the hill from the ferry port and close to everything you’d need in Brodick. Lovely views of the landscape around from outside the building. My room was clean and comfortable with everything you’d need for your stay including a kettle, tea & coffee, an ample sized fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet in the morning was full of variety and very delicious! Mitch was very friendly and helpful.
It was a little cold in the room, but there was an electric heater which worked well. The only thing I found difficult was there is no signal around the property and the WiFi didn’t seem to work very well - not an issue if you’re looking for a switch off, but I was meeting up with others on the island and found I had to walk down to the street in order to contact people that I was meeting up with. However the weather was particularly wild during my stay, so I assume this contributed to the lack of signal.

Wonderful breakfast, and staff were so friendly. Location was very quiet, and the walk to Brodick was fine, and convenient bus stops to the south.
Lock was a bit wobbly on the bedroom door. Any chance of an ashtray or, ciggie bin near the bench please?

Not a lot tbh.Breakfast was fine.
Towels were damp.
Cobwebs in various places throughout.
No sign of owner all weekend.
