Great place. Our family stayed here for several days while helping our daughter relocate across country to Lubbock for graduate school. We loved that there was plenty of seating in the living area for us to relax in together after busy days of moving and errands.
The home was clean and spacious.
The neighborhood was safe and quiet.
We especially enjoyed the ping pong/air hockey table after two days of being cooped up in the car. Definitely a worthwhile addition.

Nice neighborhood and a very clean and nice house. No problems whatsoever. The kids loved playing chess and air hockey!

This was a wonderful place . We were there to visit family and were able to bring our dogs too.

The house and basically everything in it seems new. Very clean and nicely decorated. Well organized with absolutely all you need, but not at all cluttered. What really sets this place apart is the level of hospitality from the owner. We had snacks for us and our dog! Water in the refrigerator and next to every bed! Plenty of paper products including paper plates and cups! It’s just all the things that make it a nice place to stay and not just an empty house. We have been using services like this for 15 plus years and have stayed all over the USA and Europe and we wish this owner could manage all the VRBO’s we stay in! Thanks so much!

Had one concern upon arriving that was unnerving, but was resolved quickly by correspondence with the owner. Would love to stay there again if we came that way again, but since it was for a wedding located at the area of the bride's in-laws definitely don't want to end up coming back for a second wedding. Obviously God willing, this one will be all she will ever have.

Very clean. Shelby was very responsive.
Nice clean place. Shelby was a great host. When the propane tank was empty she had a new one delivered and set up within an hour of my contacting her. I was impressed!

Lubbock house
The house was good and the owner was great to talk to and she helped us find someone to help us find a house to move into down there so my little brother can go to Texas tech soon.

Nice clean house
We came to Lubbock for a weekend family trip. The house was stocked well and the owner set out little extras like snacks, waters and a dog bed, crate and bowls for our dog. The house felt very clean. Our kids loved playing on the air hockey table. Shelby was very easy to work with and had great communication. We will definitely stay there again.

Great, comfortable, clean house!
Shelby was a great host! The house is set up perfectly. It worked out great for our group of 2 adults and 4 teens. The house is very clean and there wasn’t anything more we needed while there. Shelby thought of everything. We will definitely stay there again!

I cannot say enough good things about Shelby and Sage House. Shelby was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and quick to respond to messages. The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and SO clean. It was stocked so well with everything we could need. We loved getting to have our dogs with us and Shelby even provided dog bowls, crate, bed, and treats. It was super homey and the Christmas decorations were such a nice touch. We will definitely stay again if returning to Lubbock!

The house was very cute. Super clean. Had all the amenities that we needed. Check in and check out was super easy. They provided us with dog beds and bones. Marshmallows and skewers to make s’mores. The beds were comfortable. Lots of extra blankets. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Weekend in Lubbock with a Texas Tech Win!

We had such a great time, loved all the extra amenities and thoughtful touches! They even offered a dog crate so we didn't have to travel with ours!
