Location is central for seeing many sights. Close to multiple tube stations and Thameslink. Bed is very comfortable and has all the basics needed. Excellent wifi. Includes starter pack of coffee tea. Soap shampoo and conditioner supplied in the bathroom. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods supplied. We were on the 3rd floor, so our room wasn't dingy. Nice to have both a dishwasher and washer.
There was only 1 towel each for a week. Would be nice to have a spare. 1 of our towels wasn't clean from the start, so we just shared one and washed it. Noisy in the Court and a lot of light comes through from office buildings. Bring a mask and ear plugs for sleeping. There is a lift, but it is available mid-floor, so you need to be able to walk stairs and carry luggage. No coffee machine, only a kettle.

Quiet central location. Felt very private. Had everything needed for a short or longer stay. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Only a 15 minute walk from Covent Garden and 25 minutes from the West End.
A little pricey, but that’s London for you!

Very comfortable studio, well equipped for long stays with mod cons in the kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a very comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. Access is easy, and the location suited me, within walking distance of many London hot spots like theaters and fine dining. Internet works very well.
Absence of staff, while a bit disconcerting, wasn't a problem. By London standards, good value for money.

The check-in process was a challenge as we weren’t able to download the link. However when we contacted the property owners they quickly sent someone to assist us.
