It’s the 2nd time we have stayed here and it is a nice place with lovely staff. The beds are comfortable, showers are decent and there is plenty for breakfast.
Our room was very warm this time and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work which was a shame.

The Hotel is located near to the Main Station and near to bus stops. The Rooms are also decent and easy to checkin and checkout. The Hotel does communicate well before checkin.
The Hotel's location even though near to Main Station, the overall location is not that attractive. The Hotel did not provide adequate information, such as Wifi and other information in the room.

Very clean rooms.
US travelers may not be acquainted with codes for the rooms, but easy to navigate. Communication excellent.

Its design-led interior was nice, the breakfast buffet looked tasty.
Parking at reduced day rate of 21 Euros at public parking lot nearby.
Luggage storage room.
I wouldn’t classify it as a hotel, as it does not have staff on site all day, or a proper reception. I would classify it as a B&B.
It’s on a very noisy street, the neighbourhood is not very nice.
The room itself has nice decor, but is quite small - especially as we booked the “rooftop retreat” - turned out to be a 12sqm room with one small window.
This place is ok for one night - we stayed for the Salzburg Marathon - but not for a longer period of time.
