Door code to the building and room were nice.

Face towels smelt like mildew. No one came and changed out my sheets.

The room did not have a iron, so I had to go purchase one… the bathroom had hair in the shower and the toilet seat was dirty

The location was good for my needs. The room was clean.

1. The hot water didn't work. When I called the help line they insulted me by sending a video explaining how to turn on a shower. The hot water was never fixed. 2. The bed was no more than a matress on a cot, very uncomfortable. 3. The couch was closed in with furniture that didn't fit. 4. The college room size fridge was sitting on the floor and the microwave was sitting on top of the fridge.

there was no hot water, I told him and they did nothing about it and did not reimburse me either. In the shampoo bottle there was only conditioner two bottles of conditioner, no bar of soap. They also overcharged me $30 more than they said they were originally, and when I asked about, it never explained why I never refunded me. I will never go to this place again.

The location

Room smelled like an ashtray, dirty everywhere, toilet was dirty with urine, food under bed and sofa, dirty microwave. All around failure of a hotel.

I like that u guys allowed same day check in but it was difficult getting in out the doors and gates should have better entered and extit for after hours and we could not get out the gas after the code did not work so got locked in
