The location is excellent- right in the old town. Guido is a very nice host. We had a minor technical issue and he dealt with it quickly too.
I think at the price, with this location, there isn’t much else you can ask for. The shower fluctuated a bit in temperature but that is the buidlings plumbing and a minor issue.

Great host, nothing too much trouble, even when I arrived late
Only problem for me was à noisy street, but then it is in the centre, and à great location to visit sites.
