Excellent experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. Host was quick to respond.
The only thing lacking is a fridge in the room.

Great location, nice and clean room. We loved the bath in the room. The host Alex very helpful!
From very early in the morning was very noisy from other guests and neighbours but it’s located in the historic centre so we kind of understand it. No fridge in the rooms

From the start of our arrival we had a wonderful experience. Alex is pro active in ensuring we are comfortable and have everything we need. Check in was smooth with clear instructions. We dropped off our luggage as we were early. Clean room with all amenities one would need. We didn’t require the ac most days as it was cool.
Do remember to book your pick up and drop from the airport with Salvatore. He was prompt and a professional. Even accommodating a 5am pick up for our morning flight.
Quite an experience staying at Spaccanapoli. Location is perfect close to Michelin star restaurants a minute away, tons of gelato and souvenir shops. Was also walking distance to our tour meeting points. People were friendly and warm.
Overall happy and grateful that we chose to book with Nilo Relais!!
