Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind sehr gepflegt, hochwertige Einrichtung, super nettes Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt - Supermärkte, Bus, Strand, viel Gastro und Shopping Malls sind zu Fuß erreichbar. "Studio" bedeutet, dass es keine Türen in der Wohnung gibt (außer Bad), man kann also nicht die Schlafzimmertür schließen, falls einer später schlafen oder früher aufstehen möchte. Dennoch ist viel Platz in der Wohnung. Sehr gutes Doppelbett, sehr ruhige Wohnung, auf dem Balkon (überdacht) können zwei Menschen bequem sitzen. Es gibt eine Espresso-Maschine, die tatsächlich kleine Espressi macht. Ich habe mir normalen Kaffee gemacht, indem ich zweimal Espresso in eine große Tasse gelassen habe und heißes Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher draufgeschüttet habe. (Die Kapseln gibt's im Lidl - ca. 10min zu Fuß). Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiter.

Zu wenig Geschirr! Es gibt z.B. keine Schüsseln, weder eine große Salatschüssel noch Müslischalen. Ich habe den Salat in einer Auflaufform zusammengerührt, gegessen wurde er aus tiefen Tellern. Es gibt, außer den winzigen Espressotassen, genau 3 große Kaffee- bzw. Teetassen. Wenn zwei Personen je ein Frühstücksgetränk hatten, sind schon zur Kaffeezeit oder spätestens am nächsten Morgen nicht mehr genug Tassen da, wenn man die Absicht hat, den Geschirrspüler zu benutzen... usw.

Το δωμάτιο ηταν πανέμορφο είχε τα πάντα από τα βασικά μέχρι και κάψουλες για καφέ σίδερο μέχρι κ πλυντήριο στεγνωτήριο σε ξεχωριστό δωμάτιο παρά πολύ μοντέρνο με ωραία αισθητική ήσυχο μεγάλο και κυρίως η τιμή γιαυτο το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ οικονομική. Θα ξανά πήγαινα ΑΝΕΤΑ επίσης το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό πάντα διαθέσιμο να βοηθήσει μέχρι κ late check out μας επέτρεψαν όπως και ότι μας κράτησαν τις αποσκευές για ώρες μέχρι να φύγουμε για αεροδρόμιο!

Très spacieux ! Immeuble très bien entretenue, terrasse et piscine extérieure super mignon ( surtout le soir ). Literie plus que confortable. ++ pour la terrasse qui est bien ensoleillée le matin

Rien! Le seul point s’il faut en dire un : le manque d’essais pour les mains dans la cuisine. Quand on se lave les mais dans la cuisine on doit aller jusque dans la salle de bain pour s’essuyer les mains. Pas de serviettes pour nettoyer la table etc.

The location was ideal and the studio itself was beautiful. I will definitely be returning.

There was some remedial works being carried out above us so it was slightly noisy during the last morning of our stay but that is it!

De A/C mocht op 16° in de avond, ik vond het best warm en kon niet goed slapen.

Very clean! The furniture looked almost brand new. No problem with the Internet connection. There were two hybrid electric sockets that accommodated both UK and Continental type of power plugs. That came in handy.

No ventilation in the shower room

extremely comfortable bed, the studio was bigger than I expected with a big balcony as well. Very clean. All facilities I needed where there. perfect location and no noise from the street as my room was on the 8th floor

I would have liked to have a washing machine

Smart, stylish , spacious modern studio. Quiet room. Close to promenade. Lovely roof terrace with plunge pool although out of season for us to enjoy. Good supermarket around corner. Close to St julienne Bay area , further to main part of silema but walkable or bus on doorstep. Very good value for what we paid.

Not on the best looking street but we knew that from reviews. Balcony facing wall but someone has to have those rooms on the back and this made it quiet. Balcony furniture dirty but lots of dust in malta but not clean on arrival.
