The receptionist's were great at check in and through out our stay. The room had a great sea view and the facilities were excellent.
Nothing.

A very nice stay - kudos to Rajesh who provided with the complimentary room upgrade, that was a lovely surprise. In general all staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast has a very good variety of food and the location is great, just next to the promenade
Nothing to mention.

The property was situated on the esplanade in Gzira, located close to the ferry terminal, where guests can catch the ferry over to Valletta. It was located across from the water. Views were nice.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning throughout the building wasn’t working properly, especially in the entry of the building and the restaurant. We weren’t able to have breakfast at the hotel because of this.
Our room’s air conditioning was also faulty and this made our stay a little uncomfortable. Malta is currently going through a heat wave and temperatures are reaching over 40. Not ideal.
