Heating and hot water available all the time. Easy access to the village and pub. Access through the garage was really useful to load / unload cars. Plenty comfy seating furniture for all.All mod cons in good working order.
Spacious bedrooms including the en suite master bedroom.
Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay.
Wardrobe space was filled with huge laundry bags (4) in bedroom 3 which we took out in order to hang our clothes.

Lovely helpful hosts
The house is located in the heart of Swaledale with lovely walks and picturesque villages all around.
There is off road parking at the house
The house is spacious
Table tennis and table football in the garage
Washer and dryer available
The house layout is quirky but once you get used to it it is ok. The main kitchen only has an Aga oven which isn’t on during the summer, it also has a small under counter fridge. But there is a second back kitchen with a gas cooker, and then a large fridge and freezer is in the garage. I found it a bit inconvenient having to take cooking implements from the front kitchen to the back kitchen, and then go into the garage to get ingredients from the fridge.
Ceiling heights vary so beware!
The house is located on the Muker to Reeth road which has a fair amount of fast moving traffic - the positive is it is convenient to get to the Swaledale villages!
