We had breakfast included which was delicious. Calum is a friendly host & gave us some good tips for our stay. All communal areas are really nice & reception staff helpful.
Rooms are a bit tired. Rooms could do with a better clean between stays. Both taps ran hot in the bathroom sink & the shower was warm at best on highest setting.

We came by bike, 145 miles over 3 days. Bike accommodation was excellent in the events room. The staff were genuinely really helpful! the ambience is excellent. We stayed for one night and the bar and restaurant were very full given the price competition these days - a very good sign. Chef's team were excellent and accommodating when we asked if we could miss the 10am breakfast deadline so that we could do parkrun at Eaton Park. We were only 5 minutes late but it was reassuring.
For a one night stay no grumbles at all thank you

Good location
Our room, wasn't great. Mould in the shower not that clean. Food very average and description on menu not reflective of reality. Shame as it could be stunning but suspect little opportunity to invest in upkeep.
