Attentive staff and good breakfast

Location was perfect for exploring Norwich and see all the main sights which were within walking distance. Having a private car park behind the hotel was very handy. The room was so much bigger than I anticipated and well thought out and quirky with a good size bathroom. The whole hotel was very well decorated and not the same boring interiors you would expect. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and made the whole stay special. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful staff, great restaurant and dog friendly. Lovely large bathrooms and good size bed
the dog bed was rather small for my golden retriever 30 kilo dog but that really didn't matter

Lounge and foyer had character
Our twin room was like being in hospital. Wet room, plastic floor, orange emergency cord etc. We are not disabled! The room was bare and utilitarian, not at all like any of the images in the booking.
