Location, public areas
Noisy location but appreciate you can’t help that. No light near mirror on table for make up. No way of contacting reception easily. Didn’t know about the free Bentley rides till we got there

Good location and parking
We had a room at the front which had 4 fans to keep it cool. Horrendous noise from establishment opposite playing live music until late into the night coupled with loud traffic noise made it very unpleasant. Double glazed windows impossible to fully close and shut out the din. Offered us a change of room which was totally unsuitable as had a spiral staircase so we had to stay and have a noisy night.
